Aniko Drlik-Muehleck is an educator who helps the next generation of public service leaders realize their potential. As a portfolio manager with the University of Oregon’s Institute for Policy Research and Engagement (IPRE), A niko’s work with students, Resource Assistance for Rural Environments (RARE) AmeriCorps volunteers, and Oregon communities focuses on economic development, rural capacity-building, and inclusive outreach. She values collaboration and public empowerment as mechanisms to achieve community-based change. Alongside eager students and dedicated AmeriCorps volunteers, Aniko works to build resilience and catalyze action in Oregon’s rural communities.
